Industrial Engineer

Customer? Works in conjunction with site management team inregardstooperational performance and reports findings/recommendationstoGeneralManager and/or Senior Director with primarycustomercontact.Process?Innovates and implements cost reduction,quality, safetyand ergonomicimprovement ideas of moderate scope.?Applies electronictools across abroad range of applications, includingSAP, AutoCAD, MSProject andProduction Engineer Labor Standards,modelling andsimulations. ?Develops and implements plans tosupportwarehousing/logisticsoperations. Designs operations layouts. ?Improvesproduction flow andpresentation. ? Monitors, compiles andreports KeyPerformanceInitiative (KPI).? Leads team studies related tocapacity,energy,productivity and efficiency of moderate scope.?Leadsanalysis,development and implementation of new operationsprocessesandtechnology. ? Champion Continuous Improvement Processinitiativesacrosscustomer site.? Ensure the transfer of best practicesacrosscustomersites.? Execution of Customer projects /strategicinitiative(s).?Performs other duties as assigned.
Must have 4 year degree in Industrial Engineering, a relateddisciplineorequivalent relevant work experience. In addition, must have0 to 4yearsrelated engineering experience. Previous experienceindistribution,logistics, project management, operations orbusinessdevelopmentpreferred.Must also have proficiency with:?MetricDevelopment and ProjectManagement? Spoken Communications ? abletoclearly present informationthrough the spoken word; influenceorpersuade others through oralpresentations in positive ornegativecircumstances; listens well? WrittenCommunications - able towriteclearly and effectively present ideas andto document activities;toread and interpret written information?Presentation ? extensiveskillsin communicating ? both verbal and written? using MS Officetools,Visio, and other complex software tool sets?Organization &Planning? able to organize or schedule people ortasks; to developrealisticactions plans while being sensitive to timeconstraints andresource availability

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
